The Quarterly Journal of Food Research and Technology (print ISSN: 2008-515X and online ISSN: 2676-5691) was first published in a print form in 1985 as Knowledge of Agriculture. This journal was then divided into seven journals in 2009, in which Food Research and Technology one of the subdivisions. From 2012, this journal was published in both print and online versions. This journal publishes at the end of each season. Based on the policy of the journal, all manuscripts in English or Persian are subjected to a fair peer-review process.
