The Food Research Journal is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, quarterly journal, owned, managed, and published by the University of Tabriz. Launched in 1985 as "Knowledge of Agriculture", the journal was restructured in 2010 into seven titles, including "Food Research and Technology". The journal publishes high-quality research and reviews in the fields of food science and technology.
